By placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions of Rorc asfalt d.o.o. below.
AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
Rorc asfalt d.o.o. undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- a) the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company),
b) contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services),
d) product availability (any product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
e) conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and time of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly indicated whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) time validity of the offer,
i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
j) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the customer contact person.
PRICES AND PRODUCTS
All prices on rdizajn.net are published in euros (EUR) and are valid until canceled. We reserve the right to change prices daily, unless otherwise stated (promotions). The images for individual products are symbolic.
ORDERING
Ordering is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Only those products that are in stock at the time of ordering can be ordered. After placing the order, the customer receives an order notification to his e-mail address.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The customer selects the desired product and clicks on the "Add to Cart" button. When the product is added to the cart, it is also visible in it. If the selected product does not suit the customer, he can remove it from the cart by clicking on the "Remove" button. If the customer wants to change the ordered quantity of the item in the basket, he changes the quantity of the specific item in the "Cart".
Once the customer has selected all the desired products, he selects the "complete purchase" option in the cart below. It then enters the required information (contact information, delivery method, delivery address). Once the data has been entered, the customer continues by clicking on the "continue to pay" button. The customer enters the payment information and the address of the payer of the invoice. And select the "pay now" button.
The order specification is displayed on the right side of the screen at all times.
Once the customer confirms the order (click on the "pay now" button), it is no longer possible to change the order via the website.
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Upon placing the order, a contract is concluded between the seller and the buyer, which is stored with the company Rorc Asfalt d.o.o., Tepe 12c, 1272 Polšnik.
The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number or write an e-mail to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
All prices listed in the online store rdizajn include statutory VAT. You can pay for the goods by credit card or via PayPal.
DELIVERY
We deliver products to you via the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije, in the shortest possible time or in person at the company's headquarters.
The cost of delivery of goods within Slovenia with the delivery of Pošta Slovenije is for the products:
- up to 500g 2.30 EUR
- from 500g to 2000g 3.65 EUR
- from 2000 to 5000 4.50 EUR
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, REFUND
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing (to the contact e-mail address info@rdizajn.net) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The consumer submits a notice of withdrawal to the company on the form for exercising the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract or with an unambiguous statement from which it is clear that he withdraws from the contract (purchase). The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The returned goods must be undamaged, in the same quantity and in the accompanying - undamaged packaging. In addition to the returned goods, the buyer must enclose a copy of the invoice and the number of his transaction account.
If the buyer finds that the sent goods do not correspond to the ordered (wrong quantity or color), he can return the undamaged and unopened goods within 14 days of submitting the notice of withdrawal (at the expense of Rorc asfalt d.o.o. by prior arrangement with us). There is no other way to refund at our expense. We do not accept redemption shipments!

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods are accepted or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been returned, unless the company offers the option to take over the returned goods itself. Rorc asfalt d.o.o. will return the payments received to the consumer with the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result. The consumer cannot claim reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has explicitly opted for a type of shipment other than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the company.
INFORMATION FORM REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT (IOP Form)
The right to withdraw from the contract.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the day when the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or is acquired on behalf of the consumer by a third party other than the carrier and designated for this purpose by the consumer.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Rorc asfalt d.o.o., Tepe 12c, 1272 Polšnik (info@rdizajn.net) of his decision to withdraw from this contract (eg by letter sent by post or e-mail). For this purpose, the consumer may optionally use the attached model withdrawal form.
In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient that the notice relating to the exercise of the consumer's right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract
If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the company will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to the choice of non-priced delivery type) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. the most favorable standard form of delivery offered by the company). Such reimbursement shall be made by the enterprise using the same means of payment as used in the execution of the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case, however, does the consumer bear any costs as a result of this reimbursement. The company may withhold payment until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer sends proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
The consumer shall return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the consumer notified the company of the withdrawal from the contract. The time limit shall be taken into account if the consumer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day time limit.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
The consumer is only liable for the reduced value of the goods due to the handling of the goods, which is not necessarily necessary to determine its nature, properties and functioning.

ACTUAL ERROR
The error is real:
- if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for their normal use or for marketing;
- if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for the special use for which the buyer is buying them, but which were known to the seller or should have been known to him;
- if the goods do not have the characteristics and qualities that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
- if the seller has delivered goods which do not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown only for the purpose of notification.
Due to a material defect, the consumer can complain about the defect in the product within two months from the discovery of the material defect (for defects that appear on the product after two years from receipt, we are no longer responsible) and at his own request:
error correction, or
refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error, or
exchange of goods, or
- refund of the amount paid.
The consumer can only assert those claims that Rorc asfalt d.o.o. it can actually meet (e.g. it cannot request a repair if this is not possible, or a replacement if such a product is no longer on sale). Rorc asfalt d.o.o. it cannot just decide how to comply with the consumer's request.
The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the error notice and to Rorc asfalt d.o.o. allow the product to be inspected. If the defect is not disputed, Rorc asfalt d.o.o. to satisfy the consumer's request as soon as possible and at the latest within eight days. If there is a dispute about the error, Rorc asfalt d.o.o. give the consumer a written reply within the same time limit.

More precisely, the right to assert material errors is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.
The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will the manager of the rdizajn.net online store hand over user data to unauthorized persons. Only the name and surname and the delivery address are entrusted to the delivery service. We will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not object.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by providing appropriate software (anti-virus) protection for his computer.
We reserve the right to make substantive changes to the general terms and conditions. We do not take responsibility for errors on the website www.rdizajn.net.si.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Rorc asfalt complies with applicable consumer protection laws. The company makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system.
The complaint is submitted via email info@rdizajn.net. The appeal procedure is confidential. The company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
Rorc Asfalt strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
OUT-OF-COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that could be initiated by a consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
NOTIFICATION AND E-NEWS
The user agrees that when subscribing to the e-news, we inform him about news and promotions in our online store. The provider undertakes not to misuse or pass on the user's e-mail address to a third party in any way.
